About Me

Colin Graves ReflexologistHi, my name is Colin Graves I am a qualified Reflexologist.

I studied Holistic therapy in January 2007 at the Adult education centre in Colchester, Essex. The course overall was approx 18 months which included physiology and Anatomy of the human body and the practical skills of Reflexology. After attaining my Diploma (ABC Level 3) I became a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I also attended the Collett School of complementary therapies where I studied other Holistic therapies, namely Indian Head Massage and Thermo Auricular therapy (otherwise known as Hopi Ear Candling). In March 2007 I attained two OCN Certificates at the open college network under complementary therapies and beauty frame work, studied at the Adult community learning North East Essex.

I decided to pursue a career in holistic therapies after being a case study for a friend who was studying reflexology. After my first treatment I felt totally relaxed and the next day I felt I could run a marathon! I thought it would bring great satisfaction if I could make others feel the way I did after my first treatment.

To find out more about the treatments I offer please visit the holistic therapies page.
